Vanilla Ice Cream
2 cups 1/2 and 1/2
1 cup heavy cream
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt
Mix all ingredients together by whisking well. Pre-chill in freezer until ice crystals begin to form, at least 30 minutes. Whisk well and pour into ice cream freezer. Process according to manufacturer's directions.
