Shrimp Aspic

Ingredients:

28 oz. V8 juice
2 pkg. lemon jello
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tbs. lemon juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 tbs. parsley
1 1/2 cups salad shrimp
salt and pepper to taste

Heat V8 juice to a boil, add jello and stir until dissolved. Stir in lemon juice, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper. Chill until partially set, fold in shrimp, celery and parsley. Chill at least 4 hours.
