Rum Balls
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. sour cream
3 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 T. cocoa
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 T. honey
2 T. rum
1 c. finely chopped pecans or walnuts
powdered sugar for rolling
Melt chocolate chips and sour cream in large saucepan. Cool slightly and add the next 6 ingredients, mixing well. Form into one inch balls and roll in powdered sugar. Place in covered container and store in the refrigerator.
