Frozen Key Lime

2 oz. light rum
2 oz. lime juice
1 T. bar sugar
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1/2 scoop crushed ice 

Combine ingredients in blender, blend until smooth. Serve in a tall specialty glass. Garnish with whipped cream and lime slice.  Serves 1.
