Kincaid’s Hot Crab Artichoke Dip

2 cups quality mayonnaise
½ pound fresh crab meat (may substitute Krab)
1 small onion, very thinly sliced
1/3 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
1 14oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
2 tsp. Chopped parsley

Combine all ingredients and heat in glass or ceramic container, do not use metal, at 350* for 10 – 15 minutes. Serve with rustic bread.
