Ginger Vinaigrette
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon honey
1 (1/2-inch) piece fresh ginger, peeled and minced
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
Mix all ingredients except oil, and shake or whisk well. Continue whisking and add oils slowly.
