Fantasy Fudge

Ingredients: 

3/4 cup (1-1/2 sticks) butter or margarine , softened 
3 cups sugar 
1 can (5 oz.) evaporated milk (2/3 cup) 
1 pkg. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips 
1 jar (7 oz.) JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Creme 
1 tsp. vanilla 
1 cup chopped walnuts 

Heat butter, sugar and milk to boiling. Cook on simmer for 5 minutes. Let stand 3 minutes. Stir in chips, blend well, stir in marshmallow creme, blend well, add vanilla and nuts and pour into buttered 13 x 9 pan. Cool, cut.
