24 Hour Salad

Ingredients:

1/2 head lettuce, sliced 
1cup green peas, cooked and chilled
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced 
2 cooked eggs, sliced
3/4 cup cauliflowerettes 
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
1/3 cup crumbled bacon 
1/4 cup sliced olives

Dressing:

1/2 cup mayonnaise 
1 Tbs. lemon juice
2 tsp. sugar 
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. salt

Place half the lettuce in a bowl. Sprinkle with 1/4 tsp. sugar, 1/4
tsp. salt and sprinkle with pepper. Layer remaining ingredients
ending with the other half of the lettuce. Mix all dressing ingredients                         together and spread over top of salad. Refrigerate for 24 
hours or overnight. To serve, toss to mix well.
